The location was excellent. i walked easily to main restaurants in just five minutes. the tram stop right outside was very convenient. fresh towels and the bed was made every day. It was very nice.
the pool closed quite early at 5pm. the pillows was like large rocks. i woke up with neck pain every hour, and this was upsetting

the location was good providing easy access to the city center.
the room was not properly prepared at my arrival i found no toilet paper there i asked for it twice there were loud noises at night because the window opened into a courtyard with air conditioning units

The staff was helpful and the location was excellent, close to everything.
The shower head was broken, spraying water all over (I couldn't get a decent shower). The windows did not block street noise. I heard everything all night. I expected better for the price.

the location was central close to all major attractions. the staff offered prompt assistance and maintained a professional attitude. i found the rooms to be adequately sized and properly cleaned each day. there was a rich minibar selection available with varied snacks.
the wi-fi signal was a bit inconsistent at times which was a slight inconvenience
